Hello. I am Emmy.
This is my body.
Those are my breasts.
That is my belly.
That is my double chin.
Those are my gapless thighs.
Those are my size 10 feet.
Those are my stretch marks.
That is my sensitive red always covered in hives skin.
That is my pale Canadian girl skin.
That is my vessel for sharing love.
That is my vessel for my faith.
That is my canvas for art.
This is my choice, my life, my body, my vessel for all that I am and ever will be.
I will not be ashamed or define my confidence by anyone’s idea or beauty but my own.
You don’t have to like it but you need to accept it.
Yes. These statements just about capture the entire essence of the body positive movement, and I will go further to say in opposition to those who would shroud us completely in full-body robes, the peaceful future of humanity SHOULD include fully nude people in it! This is what we need.
Unfortunately I feel there is going to be bloodshed on many fronts before this could ever be achieved! Unless we could create clothing-free zones where those who choose it can live with the freedom they want.
Hold on to your beliefs tightly! Do not let go, no matter what. ~ Centauri4
Uh hi, I’m not a “naturalist” “nudist” or whatever and I would really appreciate not being the poster girl for your movement.
Straight boy: what are you wearing ;)
Me: a black corset with matching lace around it and a black leather miniskirt, pink fishnets and black combat boots. black lipstick, white foundation, black eyeliner and red eye shadow. I was walking outside Hogwarts. It was snowing and raining so there was no sun, which I was very happy about. A lot of preps stared at me. I put up my middle finger at them.
